Situated within a quiet, rural village, this single storey barn conversion, adjoining the owner’s home, offers light and spacious holiday accommodation.


The Retreat is especially designed to provide a spacious layout for multi-generational holidays, with ample space for family and friends to gather.

Light and spacious barn, with wheelchair access and slate floors, ideal for larger groups. Complete with underfloor heating by ground source heat pump, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi, two travel cots, and two highchairs.

Spacious dining area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Our large holiday cottage in Norfolk is also disabled friendly, with roll-top bath, shower, toilet, shower seat, and grab rail.

Up to two small and well behaved dogs welcome.

The holiday let has a small enclosed patio for dogs and an enclosed orchard. 
Pets must remain on leads when walking around the farm as there are free range ducks and chickens, as well as family pet cats.
We ask that all dog mess is diligently cleared, double bagged and placed in green wheeley bin.
